I think that in the help documentation in the explanation of "IObuff.ToString$" and "IObuff.FromString", where it says "hex string" it should be "text string".
Since Cicciocb embarrassed me with my question about ONSERIAL OFF, I have been reading the entire documentation.
Which I should have done much sooner. :oops:
